1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@balce.in  with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed after add and credited  to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@balce.in  with photos and details of the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
