Contest Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- यह कॉ न्टेस्ट केवल 18 वर्ष या उससे अधि क आयु के प्रति भा गि यों के लि ए मा न्य है।
- प्रति भा गी को कंपनी के प्रो डक्ट (Handbag) को आधि का रि क वेबसाइट/प्लेटफ़ॉ र्म से
खरी दना अनि वा र्य है।
2. Contest Period
- यह कॉ न्टेस्ट 15 सि तम्बर 2025 से 14 अक्टूबर 2025 तक मा न्य रहेगा ।
- इस अवधि के बा द की गई खरी दारी कॉ न्टेस्ट में शा मि ल नहीं हो गी ।
3. How to Participate
- Step 1: खरी दे गए हैंडबैग में मौ जूद QR Code को स्कैन करें।
- Step 2: स्कैन करने के बा द अपने ना म, मो बा इल नंबर और ऑर्डर आईडी के साथ
रजि स्ट्रेशन पूरा करें। - Step 3: सफल रजि स्ट्रेशन के बा द आपकी एंट्री कॉ न्टेस्ट में मा न्य हो गी ।
- Step 4: वि जेता ओं की घो षणा कॉ न्टेस्ट अवधि पूरी हो ने के बा द की जा एगी ।
4. Participation
- अधि कतम 2000 लो ग इस कॉ न्टेस्ट में भा ग ले सकते हैं।
- हर वैध खरी दारी और सफल QR को ड रजि स्ट्रेशन को कॉ न्टेस्ट में एंट्री मा ना जा एगा ।
5. Winners & Prizes
- कुल ₹1,00,000 (एक ला ख रुपये) का पुरस्का र पूल रखा गया है।
- इस पूल से 5 वि जेता ओं का चयन कि या जा एगा ।
- वि जेता ओं का चयन कंपनी द्वारा नि र्धा रि त प्रक्रि या /लकी ड्रॉ /अन्य मा नदंडों के आधा र पर हो गा ।
6. Return/Exchange Policy
- यदि को ई प्रति भा गी खरी दा हुआ प्रो डक्ट रि टर्न या एक्सचेंज करता है, तो उसकी कॉ न्टेस्ट एंट्री
स्वतः नि रस्त हो जा एगी । - केवल सफल और वैध खरी दारी ही कॉ न्टेस्ट में मा न्य हो गी ।
7. General Conditions
- वि जेता ओं को पुरस्का र प्रा प्त करने के लि ए सही पहचा न और खरी द का सबूत प्रस्तुत करना
हो गा । - यदि कि सी तकनी की या अन्य समस्या के का रण कॉ न्टेस्ट में व्यवधा न आता है, तो कंपनी की
को ई ज़ि म्मेदारी नहीं हो गी । - वि जेता बनने की संभा वना पूरी तरह भा ग्य पर आधा रि त है।
- कंपनी कि सी भी समय बि ना पूर्व सूचना के इस कॉ न्टेस्ट में बदला व या इसे रद्द करने का
अधि का र रखती है।
8. Liability Disclaimer
- इस कॉ न्टेस्ट में भा ग लेने पर प्रति भा गी मा नते हैं कि यदि वे वि जेता नहीं बनते या कि सी का रणवश वि वा द उत्पन्न हो ता है, तो कंपनी कि सी भी प्रत्यक्ष/अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान या दावे के लि ए जि म्मेदार नहीं हो गी ।
1. Eligibility
1.1. Participation in the Contest is open only to natural persons who are 18 years of age or
above as of the date of entry.
1.2. Only individuals who have purchased the Company’s product (Handbag) through the
official website/platform are eligible to participate.
1.3. Employees of the Company, its affiliates, agents, or partners, and their immediate
family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period
2.1. The Contest shall commence on 15th September 2025 and shall conclude on 14th
October 2025 (“Contest Period”).
2.2. Entries received outside the Contest Period shall be deemed invalid.
3. How to Participate
3.1. Upon purchasing a qualifying product, the participant must:
● Step 1: Locate and scan the QR Code provided inside the purchased Handbag.
● Step 2: Complete the registration form by submitting accurate details, including full
name, mobile number, and order ID.
● Step 3: Upon successful registration, the entry shall be deemed valid.
● Step 4: Winners shall be announced after the conclusion of the Contest Period, on a
date determined solely by the Company.
4. Participation
4.1. Participation is limited to a maximum of 2,000 entries during the Contest Period.
4.2. Each valid purchase coupled with a successful QR Code registration shall constitute
one valid Contest entry.
5. Winners & Prizes
5.1. The total prize pool for the Contest is INR 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only).
5.2. From the pool of eligible entries, five (5) winners shall be selected.
5.3. The selection of winners shall be conducted solely at the discretion of the Company,
through a process such as a lucky draw or by such other mechanism as the Company may
deem appropriate.
5.4. The Company’s decision regarding the selection of winners shall be final, binding, and
non-contestable.
6. Return/Exchange Policy
6.1. In the event that a participant returns or exchanges the purchased product, his/her
Contest entry shall be deemed null and void.
6.2. Only valid and non-returned purchases shall qualify for entry.
7. General Conditions
7.1. Winners will be required to produce valid proof of identity and proof of purchase in order
to claim the prize.
7.2. The Company shall not be responsible for any disruption, technical malfunction, or
unforeseen circumstance that may affect the administration of the Contest.
7.3. Participation in the Contest does not guarantee winning. The outcome is entirely based
on chance, and no representation, warranty, or assurance is made regarding winning.
7.4. The Company reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or
terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
8. Liability Disclaimer
8.1. By participating in the Contest, participants expressly agree and acknowledge that the
Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, claim, injury, or disappointment of
any kind whatsoever suffered by any participant in connection with the Contest or resulting
from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
8.2. The Company expressly disclaims any and all liability for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from participation in the Contest.
